we agreed on a total selling price and time frame and put a 500.00 deposit down she made out a receipt stating our agreement and we left today she called concealed the agreement sighting that she had a better offer. What if anything can be done with this?
Mr. Price is correct. Life is too short and this is not a battle worth fighting. Get your money back and find a new 5th wheel and have fun.

I agree with the other answers you've received. I would add that you can try telling the person that she is in breach of contract and you are looking at filing a suit against her if she sells this to someone else. See what response you get. If she insists on pursuing the other sale, you could tell her that you will refrain from filing suit if she gives you back your deposit immediately.
