He lives in Tijuana he has 2 sons, his partner has an alliance with a drug dealer, she used drugs and she has one of the kids the younger one; tomorrow there is an operative to take the son off her, he has the custody and she is going to jail. He is afraid that something can happend to him and his kids so he wants to ask for political asylum. Can he do it? If yes, How can he do it?
Well, there are number of ways to request asylum, depending on his current location at the time he requests, but from your question, the best thing to do would be to go to the border and try to obtain entry as an asylee or even parole into the US, where he can then apply for asylum. Make sure to have him bring any documentation/evidence of the dangers he faces back at home.
Go to the nearest US border and advise the border protection that you are seeking Asylum. They will let you in. You will be requested to appear before a judge and we can help with that process.
