Stainless steel side by side new 3 years ago when the tenants moved in. It has dents and scratches also in the upscale gas range. What should we do?
In my opinion, minor dents and scratches on an appliance are reasonable wear and tear, and should be expected after having a tenant living on the premises for 3 years. You should return the security deposit.
Best of luck.
