My tenant rent a room with toilet outside the bed room. This toilet is the only toilet outside the room, the other two rooms have toilet. My tenant change the toilet lock without informing me. Can she has the right to do so?
If she had had exclusive rights to that toilet (bathroom), and there was nothing in the rental agreement (such as a no alterations clause) prohibiting alterations, she might well have that right.
If the did not have exclusive rights and/or there was a clause 9such as a no alterations clause) prohibiting the new lock, then she would not have that right.
You should consult a local landlord-tenant attorney to evaluate the situation, and follow up as needed.
