Need to find him
Call the Kenosha County Jail and ask if he is an inmate there. If he was placed on a PO hold in Kenosha County, then he is either in their jail, or they have sent him to another jail due to overcrowding. The only other possibility is that he required medical attention and has been admitted to a hospital. Call the jail and ask.

If you have trouble getting the information by calling, any criminal attorney here who routinely represents in-custody prisoners should be able to easily check the jail roster during his or her next jail visit. The PO might be another source of information for you.
