I was told by probation that they would continue my sons home passes and he would return to me after he completed his program. Today I was told the policy for probation is NOT to return my son to me. Can I get his probation reversed? How can they get away with lying to us and how do I get my son back? He got into trouble in 2016-17 and did everything asked of him and was successfully discharged from all programs. He did not reoffend and they are charging him now? HOW CAN THEY DO THIS?
This is not an immigration question. I have moved it to Criminal which sounds more appropriate per the question.
