My son is 34 and he's not a threat by no means to society, He has a Compact Interstate case from Arizona to California, his ankle monitor died between work and home only for about 1 1/2 to 2hours if that he did inform his parole officer before ankle monitor died that he was getting off and his ankle monitor was about to die and he also let his parole officer know that it was a shortage a while back my son is a full time student in college and he work full time, he provides for his wife and kids, and his parole officer said that he was one of his best clients and he'll put in a good word for his case. Will he go back to jail and get sent back to Arizona for this and if so about how long will he be in jail??? Is there any chance he can get a second chance it wasn't intentional at all he just was trying to go home and I picked him up and the next day they arrested him.
A moms cry PLEASE HELP!!!
He could spend almost three months in jail while Arizona decides whether to extradite him.
