My son has a criminal setting scheduled for tomorrow but he was unaware of it. should he attend? He does not have an attorney. ?
1 attorney answer
Yes he should appear. If he fails to appear the court will likely issue a warrant. Even if he has not been served with a summons it is best to go into court.
Obviously he needs an attorney as well.
