My HS student kicked out last semester be for graduating after attending private school for 4 years due to arrest not conviction for robberies that DA dismissed. Wrong individual.
Just because a court did not find evidence "beyond a reasonable doubt" does not mean a school has to abide by that. Evidence that shows he probably did something is not proof enough for conviction but may be all they need to expel. And a private school can decide with much more leeway than a public one.
