She should immediately contact her local Center for Independent living. The facts are too sparse but she's got some stuff to work with. CIL's help disabled folk and often have lawyers who are willing to help.
5-day notices are usually given for non-payment of rent. For breaking a lease obligation, the lease may ALSO provide for 5-day notices, but usually they are more -10 up to 30 days. So someone would have to examine the lease and notice and talk to her. She will need a landlord-tenant attorney who practices where she lives. Why you posted this as a "sex crime", however, I do not know and am relabeling it as a landlord-tenant issue.
