Well my sister needs to get things done that the social worker is asking? & my mom is the only one helping her no one in her uncle house is moving a finger to help her.
Please review and revise your question and resubmit it as it is very unclear what you are asking. It is listed as a guardianship question. If your sister is under guardianship, her guardian is charged with getting things done with and for her. If the guardian is not acting in your sister's best interest, he or she can resign or be removed and be replaced. Good luck -

You can repost your question. It is unclear whether you are seeking guardianship. If so, you should consider speaking with guardianship attorney.
