There are no easements THis was put in in the early 60's does this fall under prescriptive or adverse easement
Is there an issue of someone challenging the location or existence of the line? To establish a prescriptive easement or easement by necessity, both which sound to be in play, you ultimately need a court to establish that. But unless there is a pending challenge to the line, why go to that expense - as with the other private lines, just maintain the status quo.
I don't think you could say with certainty that there are no written easements until you do a full title search. If there is nothing in writing, then the easements were created by implication of necessity. Its likely that when all parcels were owned by one person, they put in the sewer system and subdivided the property, creating common law easements by necessity.
