Got on cps due to domestic violence. I took all my classes recommended by cps and got my certificates. I went where they sent me and when i took in all my paperwork they didnt accept them because they didnt trust or believe the person i was sent to by cps. I moved towns and started new classes. Got a job and still wasnt good enough. My 2yr time ran out. Judge terminated my rights for not finishing my 2nd set of the same classes. Can i still fight for my son? I have 4 other children. 3 live with their dad. I have 1 child in my home and cps recently is ok with it. What can i do?
I wish you had engaged a lawyer before--courts almost never restore rights once terminated--a few states allow it. Speak to a TX family law attorney ASAP.
