My question is about H1b transfer to a new employer.
My name is mano. I am currently on H-1B visa but I am unemployed since end of October and my grace period ends on 12/21/19. I got a job offer yesterday, is it possible that visa transfer can be filed by tomorrow and i do not have to leave the country before the deadline?

H1B change of employer petitions may be filed within the validity of an existing H1B beneficiary's I-94 validity even after the 60 days grace period.

Certified LCA is a pre requisite which is not done in 1-2 days.

It would be difficult or impossible to file a new H1b application by tomorrow since it takes time to get an approved Labor Condition Application. That is a prerequisite for an I-129H.
