You should probably call a DUI attorney. Many, but certainly not all, DUI attorneys do appeals against the DMV. If you talk to an attorney that hasn't heard of this then you are talking to the wrong attorney.
You need to find an attorney that is well versed with handling and defending all aspects of DUI defense.
