Holly Nursing Care Center slanderer me to Bent County Health Care Center. They said I am "Not allowed on the premise"(contacted law enforcement, this isn't true), fabricated call-ins, that I was late every single day, and even said I have "mental health issues". When I called Vivage Health Partners which owns Holly Nursing Care Center, they told me that they have nothing in their system that says I am a no-re-hire and there is nothing stating I am not allowed on the premise. This was back in November, when I'd only heard rumors of slander, but I just applied at Bent County Health Center this month and the slander was verified by the Nursing Hiring Team, who told me that Holly said I "was not allowed on the premise", always Called in, or was late everyday, and also that I suffer from "mental health issues". I worked at Holly Nursing Care center twice, each for six months, it is an awful, decrepit nursing facility, with awful directors and terrible human resources. I told them how I felt the day I quit, and for weeks leading up to quitting. They are just slandering me out of spite and revenge.
I can be grounds for a libel or slander litigation. You should see a local lawyer does this kind of work
