We've been feuding for five years. The paintings are 2-3 years old and were on Flickr.com Two (accidentally) look like him and all we're inspired by him. He has terrorized me. The teen in the painting is wearing bathing suit. The woman follows everything I do on line, making threats. They call police if they can find a reason. She keeps good records and the police seem to side with them. I am a professional painter, 70, with lupus brain damage. I can't organize and keep good records. The police asked me to take the painting offline and I did.
Arrested for a painting? No, of course not. People have painted the Pope/President/Kings in unflattering situations---in the US there is nothing the authorities can do.
Can get you sued of course.
If police ask you to take something down off the internet---you are not obligated to do so on that alone.
