My mom was sent to jail for not doing her 180 hours of community service and I wanted to know if we could get her out of jail today
Mom was given a sentence of community service. That is because she was convicted. That means that other than serving the sentence, there is nothing left to be done except for her to serve the sentence. There is no bail for her situation.

Sounds like a violation of Probation/parole. If so, it is up to her probation officer and back judge.
A local attorney can help.
Not likely. The community service was likely a sentence on another charge. She violated the probation condition or sentencing condition. The jail time is a penalty not holding pending a hearing. contact an experienced criminal defense attorney in the area of the sentencing Court. The attorney may be able to make an application to alter the sentence.
