My Mom ordered a Meal at The fast food place and when she saw her food she didn’t like how her food looked . So she asked if she can have a much well done piece of Chicken . So the cashier took her food to the cook . And the cook turned around and frown up at my mom and told the cashier no and pushed the food away and said no she can eat that we don’t have any better pieces . But the way he did it sparked other customers attention and they all looked at my Mom . She has never experienced anything like that .

The above is general legal and business analysis. It is not "legal advice" but analysis, and different lawyers may analyse this matter differently, especially if there are additional facts...
Yeah sure...About as much of a case as the cook has against your mother for saying his food looks bad.
