The complaints are all lies when they say I rev my motorcycle up when I start it up, I have never revved my bike up at start up. If it was late in the evening, I would push it to the road and crank it up, in consideration for the neighbors. I live in a senior disabled government subsidy housing apartment. Now the management is insisting that I move by July 31. The neighbor that lives directly beside me says that he cannot tell when I leave or come home. What should I do?
Is this a month-to-month tenancy or a year lease. If month-to-month, then the landlord can simply not renew your lease, upon proper notice. If a year tenancy, or longer, then the landlord would be required to give you 7 days written notice of your noncompliance with the lease and allow you an opportunity to cure.
If you cannot cure, or fail to do so, then they would evict you if you don't leave on your own.
