Landlord came to drop off bills sd his wife never have him sex then offered up 200$ for sex. Now since told his wife he's evicting us. He is recorded on my husbands phone. He did send the eviction & I have no problem getting out I just think that this is wrong he made me feel uncomfortable in my own home.
I'd be interested in hearing the recording. Also, what is he saying is the reason to evict you?

My law firm handles quite a lot of cases that involve assaults and sexual assaults but the mere offering of money for sex does not constitute an assault and your and lord is not an employer so there would not be a sexual harassment claim against him. This incident might be so outrageous that. Harris County jury might find him guilty of the civil claim of Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. I suggest that you call Mr. Dick, the previous attorney who answered your post and see if he would like to dcussion your case, since he expressed an interest.
