My job just ended and i need to overstay by 10 days or so to clear up my flat, car, etc. I want to come back in a month on an ESTA auhtorisation i already have as a UK citizen, can i do this? Will the overstay show up or be relevant?
The overstay could show up. IT will not subject you to bars, but may have reason for denial of entry on discretionary grounds
