Just wondering if approval of my I130 grants me any options for get an ID or possibly a driver's license or working permit?
No, not until you file Form I-485 along with I-765, which is work authorization. Once you obtain that, you can obtain your driver's license, SS number, etc.

No, you need to have filed the I485 and 765 and with the approved work permit (765), you can apply for a driver's licence.

The approved I-130 does not make you eligible for a driver's license or work authorization. Once your priority date is current, and assuming you are otherwise eligible for adjustment of status, then you may file an I-485. With the I-485, you can file an application for work authorization. Once that work document is issued about 2-3 months later, you can apply with that for a social security number and a driver's license. Please make sure that you are eligible for adjustment of status and that your priority date is current before you file the I-485.
No, and you should discuss with an attorney whether you are eligible to file the I485 before you do this. If you are ineligible you may be subjecting yourself to denial and possibly removal proceedings. Speak with and retain an attorney.
