My husband and I are legitimately married and in love with a child. He's an illegal immigrant and unfortunately prior to meeting me he made arrangements with someone else and admitted to a sham marriage. It all went wrong during the interview so it's in his records. Now , here we are with a 7 month old and we got a letter stating they need more proof but the lawyer told us there's no hope because of the sham marriage.
Is there anything I can do to prove it's real ? DNA test ? Anything ? Is there hope ?
You need to hire an immigration attorney to review the case. Your husband could be facing a permanent ban. Good luck.
