What should I do so that he will pay the said arrears? Because he is always avoiding to pay the child support that is why the CSEA agency can not collect any amount on him.
You will have to get a judgment from the Family Court for the amount that he owes. Then, request for an order to garnish his bank account or wages for the amount he owes. You will need to get information as to his bank accounts and/or employer. It is important to note that claims for back child support can only go back 10 years, so anything more than 10 years old cannot be factored into what is owed. You should speak to an attorney regarding more specific advise about your case.
