We have a lawyer in MN and a lawyer in PA, I am due to deliver our baby in 2 weeks and have sent medical documents proving my high risk pregnancy with the hope to speed the process up.
Since your husband has an attorney in both jurisdictions you should direct your question to them. However, if the offense is only a misdemeanor its likely PA will not deem it a high priority.
This is not intended as legal advice. No attorney / client relationship exists because of this response.
Absolutely no way of knowing and I really doubt your high risk pregnancy will be an excuse to release a man who has evaded the law for 10 years....
I am licensed attorney who focuses on Serious DUI Cases such a 2nd DUIs, 3rd DUIs, 4th DUIs, and Felony DUIs and DMV hearings. I also have much experience handling car accident cases. Although the information I provide is helpful, it is not legal advice. Although Avvo makes it clear to consumers that attorney answers to questions are for general purposes only and do not establish an attorney-client relationship, some attorneys prefer to add their own disclaimers to answers. You can set your custom disclaimer here and it will be automatically added to your answers. Do NOT include any direct solicitations or contact information.
If you have two attorneys why are you fishing for free advice her???
This is not legal advice. Communications on this website do not establish an Attorney-Client relationship. This site is only to be used for general information, not advice on what to do with your specific case.
Congratulations on the baby that is on the way and hope and trust all's well for you and your little one. Your spouse is represented by counsel and ought to address such questions and concerns with his attorney as she should know his fact facts and details as well as anyone. If your spouse is not comfortable with his present attorney, he may pay to obtain a formal second legal opinion and within bounds of law may change attorneys. Be wary of free advice.

Obviously, if he has attorneys talk to them. Was he convicted or hasn't gone to court? The quickest way would be to contact PA (through his attorney) and face the charges or do the time. There is also a chance he could complete his sentence here in Minnesota.
