We own our home the neighbor behind us rented her home to a bunch of people that are not no good really what we feel but that's beside the point the fact of the matter is as we put a partial privacy fence to block them between us and Them and they own a drone which is okay I have no problem with that the fact of matter is is they was covering it over our home and we can't get outside without being invaded by it and then my husband gets served papers saying that he's being served papers for harassment can my husband go to jail
If he has been served a criminal summons for harassment it all depends on what he has been charged with. If he has been charged with simple harassment then it is a violation punishable by a fine only. If it is harassment with physical contact then it is a Class B misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail. Either way, he should hire a criminal defense attorney to defend the charges and neither he nor you should discuss the charges with anyone except his attorney.

I agree with Larry. It all depends on the actual charges. He needs to hire an attorney.
