My husband got charged with a misdemeanor for drug paraphernalia an failed to appear in court for this charge, he got picked up for this and the fta, bonded out with 3000 cash bond had court the next day the judge ordered him to do 12 months CRO, he then failed to comply with them and missed his next court date, got picked up again the judge ordered him to do a month in jail, he gets out after his month is up with terms of completing the 12 months of CRO, he had 1 week to sign up and start but it took him 3 weeks instead and it was the day before court, they cut him a break and let him sign up and pick up where he left off, assigned him the color red like last time but didn't test him then due to him promising he was clean and them closing in next 5 min so he goes to court the next day it goes good judge says keep complying. He has a $0 balance so he doesn't owe the court anything. Well his color gets called the next day and he fails! They set him up a court date for that week and he didn't go! I'm very concerned and curious about what happens now? he does have a court appointed lawyer but there's not a lot of communication, please help we need advice we're ready to get this behind
Your husband appear to be a recalcitrant individual and does not the court process seriously. Based on the information provided, it would be highly probable, even likely, that the trial court will revoke his entire suspended sentence and order incarceration for the full term.
