The funeral home said he had $15,000 insurance so I gave him a lavish burial now he doesn't have anything the company don't want to give it to him he fell at work in 2015 which resulted in shoulder injury he had three surgeries and was looking at another company says he wasn't active
I'm sorry for your loss, that must have been a shock. What you are asking isn't completely clear from the wording of your question. I am thinking that if the funeral home represented to you that your husband was covered by insurance when there was no insurance to get you to spend more money that you may have a case against them. If, however, there was an insurance policy that is not paying for one reason or another, then the representation by the funeral home was truthful and then you woudl have to have a lawyer look into whether the refusal by the insurance company to pay is lawful or a breach of the insurance contract.
