Make your mother left her card to me and her will. My uncle is trying to say that probate can take the car if she has a lot of debt. Which I get that could happen. She still owes on the car which I'm willing to pay off. Now he is saying that he wants the car for himself. I need to know what legally can happen here. Can he take the car in probate take the car any advice would help me
I'm moving your question to the Probate category; someone there will hopefully be able to assist you.
The only status of your uncle that you've told us about is that your grandmother executed a power of attorney in his favor. If your grandmother is decreased (which isn't clear from your posting), then your uncle's powers under the POA cease.
Good luck to you.
