My father is 75 years old. Hard to find a job his age so has 0 income this year. Is he required to have a job even with the petition already approved with two co-sponsors. 2008 priority date.
You may use a co-sponsor and he does not need an income or a job.

It is unclear from your question which petition has been approved; the I-130 petition for alien relative, or the DS-260 for the consulate. If your father is unable to work, he may still qualify as a sponsor on an I-864, if he has certain assets. He may wish to meet with an attorney to determine if his assets qualify him to continue as a sponsor, even without a job.
