My Ex-Wife Died - I have our two children - but what do i need to do to make it legal and collect what is rightfully theirs
Now we need to pay the funeral expenses, but the life insurance company wants me to show them legal guardianship papers so that i can get her life insurance and pay the bill.
Do the children have a legal right what belongs to her. The house, car, everything was in her name alone. And if so, how do I go about this.

I agree with the other comments made but would add that if he still refuses to transfer the assets to the kids (which is likely) you may want to have a probate attorney that is comfortable litigating the issue on your behalf as some probate attorneys do not get involved in litigation.
You will need to be appointed as adminitrator of her estate. You should have priority as the guardian of the children.
You will also need to be appointed guardian of the estate for the children so that you collect any assets that will be due them.
Please consult with a probate attorney as soon as possible.
