My ex spouse has been distributing my psych eval from the divorce (5 years ago) to others, via U.S. Mail. Is this legal?

Hello. There is not adequate info' provided to know whether or not 'it is legal' for your former spouse to be possession of some particular doc'. You may have multiple potential paths of recourse. One question I would have for you is why do you choose to have ongoing communication with this person.
I do hope you consider ending this relationship entirely as it seems to be one that is unhealthy, not at all 'normal', and downright toxic, poisonous. I appreciate that the way things look differ markedly when one is outside up on the hill in the sunlight, v stuck in a dark swamp covered in briarthorns.

This would be easy for an attorney to handle in my opinion. My suggestion would be to get a harassment restraining order against your ex. This would prevent him from contacting you or your family. Your attorney would make note of this to the judge and the order would likely contain language putting an end to it all. If he continues, he could expect to be arrested for violating the order.
