My ex's new spouse is answering questions related to my parenting plan and other sensitive info as my ex (via emails). I can tell this because the emails in question came from a USA IP address, the spouse; my ex is deployed and when they respond, it comes from a Japan IP address. I have been discussing personal information at times about my childs health and even sent my taxes to this person who has no right to the information. I feel this can't be legal on the family law side or even may be a personal injury case..
Discuss with your attorney- let him/her handle the important correspondence.
While our practice is limited to elder law / medicaid planning and personal injury, it is generally impossible to give a complete and thorough answer on a forum such as Avvo. This answer is for general and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon by itself. Every case is different and comes with its unique set of circumstances that need to be thoroughly evaluated and discussed over the phone or in person with an attorney. By answering this question, no attorney-client relationship is established.
