When the child support motion to modify is filed will the courts require he provide his tax returns? What if he does not respond?
See Minnesota Statute 518A.28 PROVIDING INCOME INFORMATION. The statute provides the information that you can request for the child support modification and the penalties if your ex does not provide the information. I suggest you contact an attorney to make sure you follow the process if you do not understand the statute.
This is not a tax law question. I am changing the category of your question to "Child Support" so you will get more responses.
