I just found out he has lied on every financial statement he has filed with the court from 2006 - present. What can I do?

If a fraud was committed, you should either file a motion to reopen the prior case due to the fraud or file a new modification action based on newly discovered evidence. If he voluntarily took a pay cut, most judges would call that shooting himself in the foot and not grant relief.
