You can hire an attorney to see if the judge may recall the warrant. Good luck.
The information provided herein is not intended to establish any attorney-client relationship, not is it intended to be interpreted as legal advice. If you have legal questions, contact an attorney directly.
About the only thing you can do is retain an experience defense attorney and have him or her petition the judge to recall the warrant.
The only thing other than hiring an attorney that is available to you is to turn yourself in and pay the purge amount, or wait for the court date to arise and explain the situation to the judge. Sorry I cant give you a better answer-
If you are able to come up with the purge payment an attorney could go before the judge who issued the warrant and ask for the warrant to be withdrawn in exchange for the payment in order to avoid having to be booked and released upon payment. You would likely be able to find an attorney willing to make this request to the judge for you for a reasonable, flat fee amount. Otherwise, your option is to turn yourself in and pay the purge.
