My girlfriend found out my password to my email and caught me cheating/sending bad emails to a married woman. She sent the emails to the woman's husband. Can I sue her for accessing my email?
Sue her? Probably not, because you don't have financial damages. But if she really did "hack" your e-mail and distribute what she found, that is quite a few very serious federal crimes, and probably crimes in your state as well. Getting a prosecutor or the police to be interested may be difficult, and a lawyer might help you with that.
The above is general legal and business analysis. It is not "legal advice" but analysis, and different lawyers may analyze the question differently, especially if there are additional facts not reflected in the question. I am not your attorney until retained by a written retainer agreement signed by both of us. I am only licensed in New York and Florida.
