Her father lives in a different district then me, but wants to take her out of both our districts. The school I want her to attend is a K-12 school which she will attend with her two brothers. How does all this work? She was supposed to attend preschool this year but he will not allow her to attend on his time, I worry if we can not agree on preschool, how can we agree on school. My husband and I plan on buying a home instead of renting within our district by the time she is in school, is that a smart move incase he wins?
One of you has her sleep at the hose at least 183 nights out of 365. That is what matters to the school and not any agreement you may have.
