My daughter was removed January 11th 2019. And The DHS worker refused to even listen to her at all on where she would like to go. Also she refused to let her even come to her home town to hangout with her friends. And she also would not let her have her friends go and hangout with her. My daughter has fallen behind in school. And shut down. It took them a month for me to get my first visit with her.
Does it matter? Yes. Is it determinative? No.
