My dad and stepmother inherited a house while they were married and other community property, and not only will she not give us his belongings that has sentimental value to us and not her, how do we receive his half of the property and community property

If all other efforts to agree have failed you would be wise to hire an experienced probate attorney to assist you with settling your father’s estate, explaining your rights and protecting your interests. Don’t delay. With the right attorney on your side you all will get to peace and hopefully honor your father’s legacy rather than stay stuck in strife.
