What rights does he have that you want "taken away?" It sounds to me like he has no rights. If you don't want to talk to him, don't talk to him.Ask a similar question
The only way that would happen is if you have another person to step in his "shoes" as the father and adopt your child. The other way rights are taken away is from abuse or neglect and that is done by the court.
