The car is mine but I couldn't afford the insurance yet so we put it in her name. She has since passed. The title is signed but there was no will. Will I need to do anything else to put it in my name? I have also moved from MD. to Mn.. The title is currently registered in MD. but I need to title it in Mn. now.
Talk with the personal representative. If all of the heirs agree that the car is yours, they should be able to give you the car.

Unfortunately, this is probably a Maryland question, not a Minnesota question. I would start with the department of motor vehicles in Maryland, and then possibly contact a probate attorney in the state where your grandmother passed on.
This is not legal advice, because I don't know enough about your situation to tailor my advice for your needs. My provision of an answer on Avvo to your question creates no attorney-client relationship.
