My ex-wife and her father was over there we moving stuff from my house and my brother went to close the door to move some stuff and they pushed the door open on him and pushing on him trying to get through to my house and the cops were called on him and said I had to make a report I was wondering what I should do about that
You should feel free to make a police report if you think as crime was committed. Good Luck,

It is your decision whether you would like to make a report on the incident. You may want to speak to your brother about the matter as well to see if he wants your ex-wife an her father to be charged criminally.
You should file a report about the incident if you wish. I'm not clear on why they want you to file a report as you were not apparently present and did not witness the events. If you brother was injured he may want to pursue and assault charge.
