I would make na infopass appointment and explain your situation. I would also follow up with a letter attaching all your proof that you requested rescheduling
This is a common mistake that people make ... asking to re-schedule isn't the same as having them say 'yes' to the request.
Although the one attorney who suggest InfoPass is correct, I agree that getting an attorney is the 'better' way to go.

Provided a sufficient reason was provided, USCIS should have rescheduled the interview. Depending on the facts of the case it may be worthwhile to file a motion to reopen or to refile. Consult with an experienced immigration attorney who can review the case and recommend the best way to proceed.
