He stole from work. Says he wasn't seen on camera stealing. Says owners put hidden camera pens next to cash, and my father says if they had evidence they would've called the police then and there and not set up hidden cameras next to cash.
My mother fears they just wanted to set him up to put him away longer. However that doesn't make sense. Due to the fact these employers WOULD NOT want my brother there under any circumstances if he was stealing. So, my father says they would've called the police then, and there!
He was never questioned by the police. It's been over 4 months. Nothing in the mail, no police or anything like that. Do you think my brother will be prosecuted? Was the police even called?
No one here can predict the future or has any idea if police were called but after four months seems unlikely .
