My boyfriend has pappers saying we can have this son for over night and every other weekend and holdays but she says he cant what do we do .
It sounds like you need an attorney who will help you enforce the orders of the court. Unfortunately, police don't like getting involved in custody situations so there probably wouldn't be any help there.
I suggest you speak with counsel local to the court your boyfriend's case is in and have him or her help your boyfriend enforce the orders.
Your boyfriend is not following the agreement that you signed with him. If the arrangement for you having your son for overnight and every other weekend was ordered by the court, in both cases you should consult with an attorney to help you with this matter. He can be held for contempt .

You need to file a contempt motion against the mother--she is not following specific court orders.
