My boyfriend got arrested last week for his third dui but hasn't went to court yet due to not enough evidence that he was the one driving now he is gonna be sent to ice he has a six month old son and is our only provider... He also has papers to become a citizen but they are pending will that help him not be deported... And what can I do to stop him from being deported or prevent it.?
There is not nearly enough information to answer that question. However the first thing you can do is to post bond if ICE sets a bond in his case.

Your boyfriend's case and specifics are complicated. You should contact an immigration attorney of your choice to schedule a consultation so all relevant facts can be analyzed and competent advice given.
