My boss said to me I know your calling cooperate on me..then told me for that I'm cuting your hours..he was discussing how he was going to terminate me with crew members
I am assuming that you meant to type "calling Corporate on me"....meaning, therefore, that your boss was upset because you are filing complaints against him to the Corporate office of your company. Your boss plans to cut your hours (and/or fire you) in retaliation. I am also guessing that you are an employee at will, meaning you are not under a contract with the company. Therefore, your boss can fire you, with no notice, for any reason, good or bad, as long as it is not an illegal discriminatory reason such as firing you because of your age, gender, race, disability, national origin, religion, or because you made a complaint regarding sex harassment, discrimination, etc. You have not been fired yet. It would be wise for you to consult with an employment lawyer right away, before you are fired, or punished with fewer hours, to see if an employment lawyer believes that you are being treated illegally due to discrimination or retaliation. The lawyer may want to help you file a written complaint to the Corporate office....or even assist you in filing a charge of discrimination with a government agency. You probably need the help of an attorney to sort out the facts and identify issues.
If you called corporate to complain about something illegal--for example, discrimination--then you may have a claim for retaliation. Contact an experienced employment lawyer. Many of us will provide a free initial consultation.
