My mother suffered with Alzheimer's so I know that it can be very tough. However, you need to understand that these appointments are not optional. You need to get your mother into a facility that can care for her so that you can appear when required. You haven't actually asked a question but rather expressed your situation. I assume that you want to know what to do next. You need to hire a criminal defense attorney to get your bond lowered and present your situation to the court. This is not a do it yourself type of thing.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
